When does admission to the events open?
Admission to our concerts and shows typically begins one to two hours before the event start time. Please note that there may be variations depending on the event or venue.
All current information can be found on your ticket or on the website of the respective location.
Artist & Meet & Greets
Can I meet my favorite artist in person?
A meet & greet is only possible at certain concerts or open-air events. These are organized by the respective promoter – often offered as a fan special or through contests.
Tickets & Returns
Can I return or exchange my purchased tickets?
Generally, ticket exchange or return is not possible. Only in the case of event cancellation can a refund be issued. Please contact the organizer directly in this case.
Are travel costs reimbursed in case of cancellation or rescheduling?
Unfortunately, travel or accommodation costs cannot be reimbursed in the event of cancellation or rescheduling. Please check our homepage or local media for possible updates before your trip.
Ticket Transfer & Loss
Can I resell my ticket?
Generally, the resale of tickets is not permitted unless the organizer explicitly allows it; for example, Eventim offers a special fan sale.
I lost my ticket or it is damaged – what should I do?
Please contact the ticket outlet and the ticket provider where you purchased your ticket. They can assist you and may be able to issue a replacement ticket.
Can I obscure the ticket price if I give the ticket as a gift?
Even if you are giving tickets as a gift, we kindly ask that you keep the price information visible. This ensures that all information remains complete.
VIP-Tickets, Fan-Bundles & Specials
What do Fan Bundles, Fan Specials, or VIP Tickets include?
Depending on the provider, VIP tickets or Fan Bundles may include special benefits such as early entry, meet & greets, merchandise, or exclusive areas. You can find the exact details directly from the ticket provider.
Child & Youth Protection
At what age does my child need a ticket?
Everyone aged 6 and older requires a valid admission ticket. However, there are exceptions communicated by the event organizer or ticket provider, especially for events designed specifically for children. Please check before purchasing.
Accessibility & Companions
How do I book seats for wheelchair users or individuals with disabilities?
Wheelchair spaces and tickets for people with physical limitations and their accompanying persons can only be booked through Eventim via the hotline. For exceptions, we will explicitly indicate the respective ticket provider. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the respective organizer in your city directly.
Can an accompanying person come for free?
If your disability ID includes the “B” indicator, an accompanying person can come for free. This arrangement is a voluntary service provided by the organizer; every wheelchair user is entitled to an accompanying person.
Cameras & Recordings
Am I allowed to bring a camera or my smartphone?
Generally, bringing smartphones and small digital cameras is allowed. However, camcorders, DSLR, or mirrorless cameras are only permitted with the event organizer’s approval. Some events may have a general photo or video ban.
Food & Drinks
Can I bring my own food or drinks to the event?
Bringing food and drinks is prohibited in most arenas and halls.
Exceptions apply to:
- Guests with a medical certificate (for health reasons)
- Babies and toddlers
Please check with the respective venue for more information.
Bags, Backpacks & Items
What bags am I allowed to bring to the event?
Bags up to the size of DIN A4 (11.7 x 8.3 inches) are permitted. Backpacks may be brought but must be checked in at the cloakroom.
Are tablets, laptops, or selfie sticks allowed?
Tablets, laptops, notebooks, tripods, or selfie sticks are not permitted. Small phone chargers are generally allowed to be carried.
