Paul Carrack
Mewes Entertainment presents
Paul Carrack
When a voice fills a room and infuses every note with life and emotion, it’s no wonder that people refer to it as a “golden voice.” This is precisely the voice of Paul Carrack. With over five decades of artistic work, he has not only written songs but also touched hearts. The exceptional British artist will come to Germany in 2026 for three carefully selected concert evenings – a special event for his loyal fanbase.
Five decades, endless memories
Paul Carrack reflects on an impressive career. He has worked in studios and on stage to create music that endures – honest, intense, and accessible. These memories, combined with his voice and a wealth of emotions, will be brought together by the native Brit in an evening. For his German fans, this means an evening where they will not only experience an artist but also a connection between melody, memory, and the present. These three shows in Germany will not be ordinary performances, but moments where Paul Carrack truly connects with his audience on a personal level.
His journey began in the 1970s when he wrote and sang the unforgettable anthem “How Long” with the band Ace. Later, he became part of Squeeze (singing on the hit “Tempted”) and was also heard as a vocalist with Mike + The Mechanics on songs like “The Living Years” and “Over My Shoulder.” At the same time, he collaborated in studios and on tours with legends such as Elton John, Eric Clapton, B.B. King, and many others. For years, he has been delighting audiences with his studio albums and tours, and now he is focusing specifically on creating a memorable experience for his German audience.
Enduring milestones
Among the most outstanding songs with which Paul Carrack has long made his mark in pop and soul history are:
- “How Long” – written and sung with Ace, a 1974 classic that still has a firm place on the radio.
- “Don’t Shed a Tear” – a solo hit by Carrack that reached number 9 on the US Billboard Hot 100.
- “The Living Years” – with Mike + The Mechanics, for which Carrack took on lead vocals, and was Grammy-nominated.
- Additionally, songs like “Eyes of Blue,” “Satisfy My Soul,” “Tempted” with Squeeze, or “Over My Shoulder” round out his artistic repertoire.

Most recently, Paul Carrack was seen live on stage in Germany in 2023. With these three concerts, he is finally returning with the promise of being fully present for his German audience once again.
