Marcus & Martinus are more than just a pop duo from Norway. Marcus and Martinus Gunnarsen proved early on that music is their driving force. By the age of ten, the twins won the Melodi Grand Prix Junior 2012 – a moment that sparked their passion and catapulted them onto a stage they would never leave behind.

Their debut album Hei (2015) not only introduced their musical signature to the world, but also included hits like Elektrisk, which dominated the Norwegian charts for weeks and months. The connection with their fans was already palpable: authentic, youthful, a part of a community that grows together.

With the album Together (2016), they stepped into the international arena – English-language songs, larger productions, collaborations – such as with Madcon – and first tours in Scandinavia. The twins demonstrated that they are more than just rising stars: they are performers who live their music.

2017 and 2018 saw the release of Moments, continuing their musical evolution. The songs are danceable and catchy, yet also allow space for emotion, for the stories that their fans experience in their world outside the stage. They toured through Europe, filled arenas, and made their listeners feel: music can connect, can give courage, can create a sense of togetherness.

The year 2024 marks another milestone with the album Unforgettable: with a sound that fuses traditional pop craftsmanship with modern productions, and songs that stand for lasting memories. Their fanbase – young, loud, loyal – accompanies them at every step: at sold-out concerts, with songs that soar on social media, and in moments where one feels: here are two who live and share their music. In 2026, the boys will go on a major European tour again.
