This concept opened doors to the top of the charts, brought Gold certifications, and thrilled over 60,000 fans on his tours.

When in 2021, Classical 80s Dance took a look back at the formative era of the 80s, another new, buoyant playground opened up – songs that had shaped him became elegant orchestral dreams. Now, in 2025, Christensen continues this chapter: the album “Simply the Best” is just around the corner, focusing on the roots of the 90s in their pure musical form. While the previous Icons edition reinterpreted the greatest anthems of the decade, this new work promises an even deeper, more personal, and original connection to the aesthetics and emotions of that time.

But there is more to come: with the single “1,2,3 Techno”, released on May 30, 2025, Christensen showcases his versatility once again. Without orchestral sound walls, the track relies on the raw power of the dancefloor – bass drum, rumble, and bassline form the pulsating heart of this driving club sound, successfully blending tradition with modern techno aesthetics.
